Read bytes from a given filepath with ‘rb’ mode.

Parameters:

• filepath (str or Path) – Path to read data.

• backend_args (dict, optional) – Arguments to instantiate the corresponding backend. Defaults to None.

Returns:

Expected bytes object.

Return type:

bytes
